I’ve had the pleasure of having Julie Morath as a guest speaker in the classroom as well as keynoting conferences. Her presentations are exceedingly insightful and even transformational. She has the ability to offer a truly unique and grounded roadmap for how to become highly reliable by transforming culture and infusing the workplace with joy and meaning. She carefully and persuasively outlines what that means and entails for leaders, middle managers, the employees on the front line, and the organization’s stakeholders. She leaves every audience energized and inspired and, even more importantly, smarter and readier to make real change happen. I can’t recommend her more highly. Everyone from the most senior executive to the undergraduate student benefits greatly from interacting with her.
